A work-in-progress performance of two solo explorations composed for one space.
The work exists in the space between our female bodies and the viewers. We use the external gaze of the audience as a distinct, compositional element and as a motor/stimulator for us as performers. The work examines different tactics to change and play with our body image. It is the first phase of a research project relating to female body image in cultural environments.
